About Frank Schembre: With 30 years of experience in law enforcement at both federal and local levels and over 20 years of experience working with canines in many disciplines. Frank has developed, managed, and performed research and pilot programs with numerous departments, agencies, and military branches. He has delivered K9 detection courses across the United States, and internationally, for the National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program and the Department of Energy in San Antonio, Texas. He has made valuable insights and experience working with numerous departments and agencies nationwide.
